Copilot & AI at Work explores the transformative power of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI in the workplace. We share practical insights, hard‑won lessons, and strategic perspectives so professionals across industries can unlock real value: from faster workflows to new ways of working.

We’ve been building with Microsoft Copilot products since June 2023. That means you’ll find less hype and more proof: patterns that stick, pitfalls to avoid, and examples you can adapt tomorrow.

Why we’re doing this

Our journey’s started many years ago, working in the Modern Workplace space, a world where technology meets people directly.
We still remember walking across factory floors, making sure our new workplace solutions worked not just in theory or during the tests that we performed, but in real life. Helping people use new tools, listening to their frustrations, and guiding them through change. That’s where we saw firsthand how powerful technology can be when it's built for people.

Over time, we’ve specialized in Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance, and more recently, in the world of AI. And while the tools have evolved, that original spark (the focus on making technology truly work for people) has stayed the same.

One thing has become clear to us: We are only beginning to see the true potential of AI and modern technology.

Yes, sometimes working with AI today can feel frustrating. The output isn’t always perfect, and the ride can be bumpy. But when I look at how fast the technology is evolving, we’re convinced: This will fundamentally change how we work, create, and live.

We are starting this Substack because we want to explore that future. Not through hype or vague predictions, but through real experiences, lessons, and reflections as we build it together.

What you can expect

This Substack will be a place to explore the real journey of working with AI, Copilot, and modern technologies as they evolve, and as we evolve with them.

Here’s what you’ll find here:

  • Stories from the Front Lines: honest accounts of what it’s like to build with these technologies today

  • Reflections on the Future: thoughts on where AI and workplace tech are heading, and how we can shape it thoughtfully

  • Lessons from Experience: practical insights from real-world projects, including what works, what surprises, and what to watch out for

  • Personal Learning Journeys: experiments, ideas, and moments of discovery as we work with emerging tech (including a few lessons learned the hard way!)

This won’t be about chasing headlines or overhyping every new feature.
It’s about building thoughtfully in a time of incredible change, and inviting you along for the ride.

Who this is for

If you care about building technology that truly helps people, if you’re curious about the real-world side of AI, or if you just want a little inspiration to do meaningful work in tech: you’re in the right place.

We are not here to sell hype. We are here to share stories, lessons, and a little optimism about what’s possible when we do it right.

Contact & collaboration

We occasionally advise on architecture patterns, adoption playbooks, and enablement. For speaking, workshops, or collaboration requests, reply to any issue or reach out via the Substack contact form.

Views are our own. We respect confidentiality and never share proprietary details.
